About me

I was registered as a Professional Accountant (SA) at the South African Institute of Professional Accountants (SAIPA) in January 2013 after succesfully completing the Professional Evalution at the end of 2012.

During my article years I realised the need for smaller businesses to have direct contact with their Accountant on a monthly basis. Someone that will be part of the business on a “need only basis” and without the liability on the business payroll. Clients have a certain way of running their own business and communication is difficult between the accountants and the business if they are not talking to one person handling their affairs.

After completing my articles I became the financial manager for a group of companies in Bloemfontein while building my practise after hours. WvB Financial Services was born and after two years I was forced to resign my position and concentrate all my efforts into the practise.
